Well Doctor I may seek your advice in regards to 'heavy' cases we have here.

Pinal Gland does Ring a Bell with me but not much more, may be I have renouved some ?? I usually 'work' the hypothalamus initially.

Any ways Doc. Pinel never talked to us about the Pinal Gland but he did explain various other chemical, electrical and 'invasive' treatements to be used in case of such Disfunctionnal and Deviant behaviour.
