It is our opinion that Frank Hausmann should simply announce a 2-1 stock split now [given record price high/breakouts/momentum] and TMSR should see 30+? within days of that announcement, as a [historical] given...all [Fed rate, investor sentiment, internet frenzy, TMSR [MotorSports] hardware div is successfully/aggressively pursuing DELLs internet direct sales busines model, WeCanTalk.com initiatives are real/substantive/blockbuster...] things equal...that would be the timely and shareholder value maximization/growth strategy correct move to make...again, all things equal TMSR could then be in a position to announce [another] 2-1 split by q1 '00 [given a timely short-term 1st 2-1 split]...TMSR must increase its float [with minimum dilution] to be a player(.) Black & Company [a lead TMSR market maker, IPO underwriter, analyst] knows this all too well [Shawn Willard] having gone public with this TMSR management demand themselves summer '97...
