A long drought ends, thank goodness. The reference 'PrimeCare System will significantly increase revenues' has been the subject of some speculation on this thread. We were hoping that this quarter would see some significantly increased revenues from all those deals some months ago. This announcement won't do much for this quarter and perhaps the next quarter.

I have been less than optimistic about OCGT since the news of a lot of shares being registered for sale by insiders. This announcement at least strikes a positive note.
