I actually recall Peter Lynch or someone of his stature once saying he never visits a company. He becomes familiar with the product. I prefer both. I have visited companies before and plan to in the future. I simply don't believe that is DD. A very wide variety of searches and inspection is what I consider DD. Top to Bottom. One without many of the other examinations is futile and dangerous.

Please refrain from the name calling.

I don't kick tires. I didn't insinuate anything about Paul W. Henry. I did ask if he was the same person as in an article. That is not an insinuation. You are far too defensive.

I have actually been accused of ruining a "multi-million dollar" merger by visiting and reporting what was actually there. It saved investors, it didn't hurt them.
