Yes, it was already noted that the States of New Jersey, Virginia and possibly Colorado were frauds and probably did not exist. According to an AT&T spokesman, MCI Worldcom also does not exist.

They were created entirely to make Able Investors think these huge contracts involved actual construction. The $1 billion that will be paid to Able over the next one to two years is actually a Serbian slush fund being used to find a new intern for Clinton.
