Hawaii, you want to learn about risk tolerance, read my posts from the last year or two. I have six figures in Brazil, and have for well over a year. You may or may not be familiar with the recent disaster there. Although I very rarely loose on options due to common sense decisions, I had shorted puts on TBR last year at the 125 level...more than 20 of 'em. Won't tell ya the about the stress when you've sold puts at 125 and the stock has fallen to 60, though I never should have allowed it to begin with. My nerves are rock solid and I sleep fine at night.

That said, I sold because I disagree with you regarding direction over the next few days. I've witnessed a couple times now what happens to IDT as time drags by with no news. If news doesn't hit by end of week next week, they may try and take 'er back down to 20. By closing 'em out today, I think I'll save a couple points (or actually make a couple extra points). If she doesn't pull back, I'll jump back on as the train leaves the station. This is part of the trick to making money on options consistently.

Regards,

sf
