The bakery at Massimo's has been the backbone of the company for many years. It kept the company alive during it's too rapid restaurant expansion. The employees there are great. The products are great. But don't make it out to be some sort of cash cow...that just won't moo. The only way to know how this company is doing is to see AUDITED financials and that has never been done. There has been a lot of conversation for three years that the company would fully report but it ain't happened! I guess, then, the point is moot. No one will truly know the current health of the company until it reports. And all the guessing and hyping of potential future earnings are just so much smoke.
