Mike, if you missed EBAY ... you might consider VERT instead.

Message 8788452

Clearly the Street sentiment is focused on the e-commerce subsector of the internet and auction sites have been hot. EBAY's auction listing have growth exponentially on a monthly basis, consumer e-commerce coming to the fore.

But business-to-business e-commerce is a much larger market, in its inception and VERT has the niche. Examine the market capitalization of ebay and its recent price action ... I'd expect VERT to be awarded at least the same Street recognition and market capitalization in time. Technically VERT is ripe to move.

One can forecast price projections for the internets by staring at his navel ... however if one accepts the market as an efficient pricing engine and considers relative capitalization of stocks in similar niches, it's a bit better than staring at one's navel.
