Well, it's time to revise my list of things that are going to happen
with MRV in the near future.

Ordered in chronological order (per my hype and imagination):

- Featured in Investor Business Daily.
******** DONE - MISSION ACCOMPLISHED - YEAH, YEAH **********

(very often, IBD features a company in anticipation for some good news
to come soon).

- Disclose the details of the Gigabit Ethernet installation at a
government agency in Japan, rumored to be the Ministry of Trade and
Industry (MITI). Since MITI has a lot of influence in Japan, this will
attract more Japanese companies to MRV.
- Announcement of more Gigabit Ethernet installations
- Noam appears on CNBC again.
- Complete the IP switching patent and disclose the method. I believe
MRV has developed a superior method for IP switching which will
present a serious threat to routers.
- Analysts recommendation
- DEC starts shipping Gigaswitch/FDDI in March. Details of business
relationship with MRV may be announced.
- Sign up more major OEMs besides Intel, DEC, Fujitsu and Newbridge
since MRV's MegaSwitch II and DirectIP switches are superior to the
competition.
- Gigahub shipped in April
- Fibre channel, WDM products will be announced. New OEMs/Partners.
- Being acquired by another company? (I hope not)

Mike.
