Goldfinger,

Am I calculating the true float on JBOH correctly:

Based on the filing:
The Company agreed to reduce the conversion ratio from $1.00 to $0.70 per share of the Company's Common Stock for the entire $4,421,311 of outstanding 9% Senior Secured Convertible Notes.

So if all shares are converted, there will be 6.3 Million more shares outstanding and in the float? (eg: 4.4M / .7 = 6.3M).

Is this correct?

Thanks.

By the way, the stock hit your 14 target on two different spikes, did you short?
