On the thought of the Date of Record.... I doubt that is was today. I may be way off on this though, but why exactly would a company set a date that you had to be a shareholder then release the news saying "HA HA!! Had to be on yesterday!" This would make some mad ex-shareholders, and IMO might cause a very temporary period of not-as-much buying. I could be wrong, but I think that the date will be sometime next week. This would cause a buying frenzy and add to even more shareholder value, which is what he's after right? Tell me what you think? I mean, why would he want to create a sour taste in the mouth's of the ex-sharehodlers? They might be some of the ones buying once the news is out. I sure hope that the news is good! I would suspect that if it is just on the spinoff, there would be no major sell off..Wouldn't make sense! FM Very strong close with little selling. Nice!
