I agree with you. Many of the smaller stocks have been in a bear market for well over a year. I am seeing values that would ordinarily be very tempting to me in a normal environment. My problem is this. I suspect that when the big ones blow up, everyone is going down with the ship. My only solution is to require a larger than normal margin of safety.
