rich, If you look at the SEC 10K out last night, it said that they missed one condition of their loan payment- that's what set off the stampede.... However if you are a gambler, they ar enot too fa roff of the mark and they are trying to renogotiate their finanicng terms. Maybe worth a few dollars as a long shot.

My best guess at this point is that they'll get accqired....
