Chas, Your news is similar to our sales of lubes and fuels in Asia. Customers began cumulatively increasing orders about 45 days ago in Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, and even Malaysia. Japan sales are still flat, but no longer falling...it might be worth putting a few dollars to work in an Asian Mutual Fund....
