I think the offending cro was ICON plc, which evidently lost 50% of its value. Here's the link to the thread, "Talk : Misc (Biotech): ICON plc (ICLR) drop 50% in Value is this justified!!!!!!! "

Then cro Kindle International (KNDL) dropped 30% last Friday and Monday [$20 -> $14]. It has regained less than $1 since then. Note this Dow Jones headline points back to ICLR:
