TMEX.. I see now. I was an English teacher in another life and what that post means is NOT that you DO NOT have a clean record but that it is a fact that someone ELSE thinks there might be a question about it. The investigation is a fact and that is not my fault. I could be investigated tomorrow as well, and that would be a fact. I just restated that paying a whopping tax bill made me feel good that my 'goody-two shoes' way of dealing with the SEC/IRC has one redeeming feature and that is in not having any queries or problems with the those goverment organizations. If anything I was indirectly faulting the government for exacting such a 'dear' toll on me. But I accept that. So lets just leave it at that.
