QuietWon,

I'm looking at the prospectus and wondering if this is a good one or not.

- revenues were down last year (9 months to Nov 98 = $17.6MM CDN compared to $19.9MM to Nov 97)
- market cap will be $88.8MM to $107.8MM CDN after IPO (or >5 times trailing revenues)
- per share losses of .33 and .79 in 9 mos periods ending Nov 98 and Nov 97
- large competitors like SAP and BaaN also seem to be hurting on the financial side (I'm not sure of the reason, but maybe it's a Y2K thing)

The IPO is being touted as an internet play. Do you have any insight as to whether they have an edge in this area as compared to the competition, and do customer's want this edge?

According to my broker, the institutions have oversubscribed the IPO, but there are still some shares left for the retail customers. Are you hearing a similar story?

Bill
