Well, at this point all we have is Today's news release to go from. Here is the excerpt which talks about the online venture that Noram may participate in.

The Company has also recently revived its plan to become actively involved in on-line E-Commerce. Developments in on-line technology have led to the Company
entering into negotiations with a major provider of key software which can deliver NorAm's version of on-line bingo that will be in compliance with existing Federal
Regulations. The software being considered will allow the players to utilize a ''chat'' feature while playing on-line bingo. The Company will keep its Shareholders
informed as developments occur in this area.

Then Noram went out of there way to refrence these companies;

NorAm has researched the development of other publicly traded companies such as Atlantic International Entertainment, Harrah's Entertainment, Youbet.com,
Galaxyworld, Total Entertainment, GIC GLOBAL, Virtual Gaming Technologies and Auto Trade Center.com in considering the best course of action to be taken in
regard to the long term interests of the Shareholders.


I will begin researching this topic and the companies they mentioned over the coming week.

Currently the CEO is away on business, so this came as a complete surprise to me. I hope to have more information as it becomes public or i dig up with my personal contacts.
