Peter, what are the rumors? Apart of that in the last few days they did announce a deal with CPQ and a new product, so I do not see the silence from the company. If they say there is no reason that they know for the decline in the shares price, and then it turns out that they miss earnings (expectations), they are in court in no time, there are so many hungry ambulance chasers out there, they need to be fed.
