I think we have bottomed as I was hoping. The technicals also have bottomed or are turning up. If the chart is forming an ascending triangle (look at the weekly chart) then the outlook is quite bullish from here, at least until it reaches $13 (probably in May). Then we'll just have to see if there is enough strength to break out.
