>>> Do you have any opinion on GT's redeployment? In your opinion, are they taking the right actions?

I do not have much of an opinion of the GT happenings. But it did seem like a shake-up was needed, and from the VPs I've talked to, they all have a positive feeling for the future.

>>> How is 3D Realms doing?

Things are cooking just fine, and Duke Nukem Forever is going to be worth the wait. The only game out there that I'm aware of that comes close to DNF in terms of integrated story and compelling gameplay is Half-Life, but even that game comes up way short in other keys areas that DNF will shine in, and set new standards in.

>>> What do you have lined up in the future?

I've spend a lot of time on the coming Duke Nukem Color GameBoy game, and it should be a great seller.

My partner George has spend a ton of time on Zero Hour, and that should do a lot better than Time to Kill did on the PlayStation (and that game did very well, too).

There are other original Duke games being planned for current and coming platforms, which shouldn't be a surprise, since Duke is truly a property that can be extended nearly endlessly, as long as the quality of the games are high.

>>> Is the Duke movie still on?

Yes, and that's another area I've been heavily involved in. We're gonna make sure that this movie is not a lamer like Wing Commander and so many other game-to-theater tries. Luckily, Threshold, the producers of the movie, are allowing us a lot of guidance in the entire process, and they've been receptive to our comments.
