Alex:

Yes I am still out here, but no longer hold my SPNSF (or should I say SPNS) shares. Sold them all a while back at $9 1/4 and $10/shr. My selling had nothing to do with the company but simnply my patience had run out after almost 5 years of holding on to the stock. I made a little over 80% gain and I am happy for that (eventhough I felt I needed at least 800% return due to the pain it caused me for over 3 years from 1994-1997)!!

The company continues to do very good but have no idea why on earth its stock does not reflect its business despite all the strong recommendations by H&Q and a couple of other big brokerage houses. Anyway I am out and if someday SPNS hits $20 or $50/shr I will always say: "Yeah, I used to have that stock for over 5 years and just when I sold it, it started to take off!"

Best Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
