USEG looks ready to break to the upside. Anyone agree? Double bottom with Neckline between 4 and 4 1/2. Higher highs and higher lows. Increasing volume. A break above 4 1/2 tomorrow on high volume might portend a quick move to 6. Am I close ??? : ' ) Still learning, but the chart looks awfully good to my eye. Best regards -- HB
