ALL: Any idea why the drop in price. Could it be the lack of news?

I E-Mailed Seahawk the other day about the Golden Eagle search and I got a response the next business day. Here is what they sent me:

======================================================================
Our last visit to the GE site was marred by very bad visibility and since then the equipment availability and good weather conditions have not coincided. We are planning to revisit this spring.

Seahawk is currently involved with five shipwreck projects:

i) Golden Eagle - located off the Atlantic coast of US - cargo of gold specie estimated to be worth between $7million (minimum melt value) and $80 million (Maximum numismatic value) depending on the condition and mix of the coins. The search phase is on temporary hold subject to finance and weather. We found a wreck of the Golden Eagles physical dimensions last year and arrested it , thus protecting our claim. This wreck, at a site we call GE6, has to be inspected and assessed.

ii) Caldwell site - located off the Atlantic coast of USA - deep site where
fisherman snagged artifacts including intact jar that indicates the presence of a colonial shipwreck in an area known to contain treasure carrying colonial shipwrecks. See attached sheet for more detail.

iii) Santa Rosa - located off Brazil - 17th century treasure ship believed to
contain up to 26 tons of gold in bar and coin plus other valuables possibly worth several hundred million dollars. Seahawk is part of a consortium that has a two year exclusive government search permit for the Santa Rosa. In October last year we searched a 500 square mile area and identified many sonar anomalies which indicate possible shipwrecks. Some of the anomalies have characteristics of a 17th Century wreck. We intend to make visual inspections of the sites this year.

iv) Azores - Seahawk has applied for a government permit to search an area of
the Azores known to contain many valuable ancient and colonial shipwrecks. The application is under review and our information is that an exclusive permit could be awarded to Seahawk in a few months.

v) Mediterranean - Seahawk is contracted as a partner in a project to seek
and recover a British war ship believed to be carrying coins worth $50million.

Management anticipates that, subject to the availability of project finance, plans will soon be underway to start operations in the Azores, Brazil and the Mediterranean. Seahawk hopes to secure funding for these projects via an offshore fund. Meanwhile the Company is seeking finance to resume inspection of the GE6 shipwreck, search for the Golden Eagle and check out the Caldwell site as soon as possible.
======================================================================

Not much new but it sounds like the like all the prospects are still there. I am thinking of Doubling my position if it drop to 10 cents.
