My problem is this. I suspect that when the big ones blow up, everyone is going down with the ship. I suspect that this may not happen this time. I can see the internets blowing up and others flourishing, especially small cap value. I'm up about 16% this year with value stocks. And I put my entire IRA in Deswell at 8 3/16. Not to brag, but I hate to see so much downer pessismn on our chosen strategy. It can work. Just because I'm having some success now doesn't mean I know what I'm talking about, but what seems to be working for me at least is extreme contrarianism in the value stocks, rather than just buying ones that are cheap on ratio bases.
