I just have a real difficult time understanding why anyone would buy a company that has: Lots of debt; Recently failed to raise funds through equity; Has 1 or more multimillion $ lawsuits against it; Has not filed a prospectus in the last 3 years or more; Made no attempt to communicate how it expects to survive as a company. The most logical conclusion is that this is a classic "pump and dump" coming from the home of the "pump and dump" stocks in Canada. So we have SI. The pumpers can come here. But SI also has some trusted people who will truly attempt to help people do their own due diligence on companies prior to throwing away hard earned money on a piece of crap. To distinguish between crap and quality, start out at sedar.com Each can make up their own mind where VNE falls. Ian.
