I'll take a stab at it Jock. According to this press release
(http://www.seeq.com/LSI_Release.htm) LSI reportedly would pay $100M
for SEEQ's yearly $28M sales. At the time of the release LSI was
selling for about $27/share. That made each SEEQ share worth about
$2.95. It sells today for about $2.75. If the .1095 ratio mentioned
in the story were applied to today's LSI $36/share, each SEEQ would
be worth $3.94. BUT, LSI is only committed to $100M and that is why
the story says ".....based on an exchange ratio of .1095 (subject to
adjustment)."

Speaking of SEEQ, can someone please explain to me why SEEQ
is currently priced the way it is?
