Edward Fiedler, formerly of Comdisco is 67 this year, and James Fiedler of CYOE is 52 this year. The age difference (15 years) makes a very close relationship difficult. It is too small to make them father & son and too large to make it likely (though not impossible) that they are brothers. Could be cousins or uncle and nephew but there is no evidence to that. Neither is listed in Who's Who.

Mr. Fiedler was General Attorney of Comdisco from March, 1983, to September, 1991, and Secretary from January, 1982, to September, 1991. Mr. Fiedler retired from both positions at Comdisco effective September 30, 1991.

James J. Fiedler, age 51, has been a director of the Company since August 1996. He has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since November 1996 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CTL, since September 1995. Previously, Mr. Fiedler was a principal in the consulting firm of Johnson & Fiedler. From November 1992 to September 1994, Mr. Fiedler was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and subsequently President and director of Summa Four, Inc., a telecom switching company. From June 1989 to July 1992, Mr. Fiedler was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Timeplex, a subsidiary of Unisys engaged in the business of manufacturing data and telecommunications equipment. Prior to June 1989, Mr. Fiedler held executive positions with Unisys Corporation and Sperry Corporation (subsequently acquired by Unisys Corporation). He has been a director of Entree Corporation since November 1996. |
