Actually, two offers were rejected by the shareholders. The sweetened offer was turned down for a reason. We were in the red at that time! Imagine the offer they would have to make now that the company has announced the first quarter earnings.

With a conservative estimate of 0.08 for the fiscal year and a ratio of 20 (which is quite conservative for their type of business) they should be trading in the 1.60 range. That is based solely on earnings. Now imagine the frenzy if they announce anything related to the Internet.

Just take American GEM Corp (GEM) and Signature Brands LTD (SBX) as examples. Signature Brands issued a PR today that it was in negotiations with CD Plus.com Inc. Nothing special right? WRONG The stock went from 0.13 to 0.95. Why ? Because they were in negotiations with a company having its name end with .com. As to GEM, they said that they will create an Internet site to sell their products. Curious about what they are thinking of selling... Sapphires. Yes Sapphires. WHAT A JOKE. The stock went from 0.05 to hit 1.00 today.

These companies don't even have earnings. Actually, they don't even have products.

IMHO 0.15 seems to be a very interesting ticket to pay to get on the ANC train. Just look at some of its clients (Hummingbird, CIBC,Chase manhattan, GMAC, Allstate)!

Kind Regards
AK
