Drone, not smoke-blowing (trying to quit, as a matter of fact). Officers and Co. can't transact in the presence of potentially price-moving announcements. Leaves it up to the Co. (and their lawyers) to determine what constitutes a price-mover. Been here before a few times, got a different moniker now. Maybe my CB is embarrassing, but I got it right with MRVC.
