The recently filed proxy filing (dated April 1, 1999) lists the number of shares held by management (as of Feb 28,1999). They add up to 2.414 million shares. This includes options and warrants in the aggregate of 1,007,732 shares of Common Stock exercisable within sixty days of February 28, 1999. Excluding their options, this would mean that they own around 1.4 million shares. I looked at the 144s filed in the month of March and April. According to insidertrader.com they add up to around 1.3 to 1.4 million shares. The stock price has clearly not indicated any concern... Not filed the 10-K... No problem...
