Any ideas on what is taking place?

The contract announcement had no effect, but rather the jump to 19+ seems to have been due to European buying. But, ZMAX has dropped almost 5 points in two weeks, and I'm beginning to wonder if it will slide to 12 like it did before following a jump.

I understand that additional contract announcements were imminent, but the companies do not want to disclose the information, fearing that the news would have an adverse impact (i.e., they have Y2K problem). I have read about this on other Y2K-related sites, but still have questions.

Any thoughts or information regarding when ZMAX plans to be on NASDAQ, or whether concrete news announcements will occur?
