It took almost ten years of oppression from the slob, Milosevic, before the KLA was forced into existence. The KLA was formed only after ten years of persecution of the Albanians, which included making Kosovo a police that removed individual rights from the Kosovo Albanians.

Speaking of conspiracy, I wonder if Milosevic helped form a small, weak KLA in order to have an excuse to commit genocide against the Kosovo Albanians?
