The only reasons I can think of that this stock fizzled is that:

a) people are worried about the upcoming Reverse Split that the PR implies is coming or

b) it is just too good-sounding to be true

c) construction may not start for a few weeks or months

d) or others got burned by the stock in the past

Maybe in time it will prove itself beyond a reasonable doubt. I bailed for a 3 cent loss and moved on to buy more SETO.

May re-enter later....good luck all longs.
