On a serous note here is the math on DLIA Tommorow.

When I ran those numbers, I took DLIA's current price of 28 7/8 as the starting point
and calculated "projected" TURF share prices based on those various valuation
scenarios I provided. If we assume that DLIA's intrinsic (i.e., non-TURF) value is 0,
then all of the 28 7/8 reflects the 77.2 percent of TURF that DLIA will own after the
IPO. Hence TURF market cap is equal to (DLIA Market Cap)/0.772 and TURF
share price is equal to (TURF Market Cap)/(16.2 Million TURF Shares).

DLIA and TURF have a different number of shares outstanding, so you can't do direct
comparisons between DLIA and TURF share prices unless you account for this. That's
why I like to work directly with market caps and then simply take the 0.772 factor to
reflect DLIA's holdings of TURF.

By the way, it's also fun to run scenarios based on certain price targets for TURF, once
it starts trading. Here are a few:

If TURF hits 35, then TURF market cap is $567 million --> DLIA's share of TURF is
worth $437.7 million ($30.96 per DLIA share).

If TURF hits 40, then TURF market cap is $648 million --> DLIA's share of TURF is
worth $500.3 million ($35.38 per DLIA share).

If TURF hits 45, then TURF market cap is $729 million --> DLIA's share of TURF is
worth $562.8 million ($39.81 per DLIA share).

If TURF hits 50, then TURF market cap is $810 million --> DLIA's share of TURF is
worth $625.3 million ($44.23 per DLIA share).

And so on--.
