Let me say I found nothing to admire about the con job on Pair (and ECILF, for that matter). The internet has become home to pump and dump artists, boiler room shops, etc. Every conperson (politically correct terminology) from here to Timbuckto is probably right now working up schemes to bilk the internet public. It's no different than the endless scams worked on seniors by telephone. And there is nothing to admire about that crowd. Sure, let the buyer beware but the fact is that it may get so persuasive that the internet will lose much of its credibility. Maybe it will become a boon for the full service brokers to bring back some of their nervous customers. I don't know and have no answers for it. But I do think that the service providers do have a responsibity beyond hiding beyond a "free press" slogan.
