Individuals Claim Power???

What? You mean we aren't just supposed to go along and continue acting as if nothing is happening - ie. that each day is simply a walk through the park or some boring same 'ol, etc?
Each blip, bit and bite we create means GOLD for those who use this data to try to track, measure and get to know us.
This is all so funny......
Because these things are going to matter less and less going forward.
I this new digital age we are entering into, consumer preferences will be instantly measured by what we buy, how much of it and in what regions, among what groups, etc.
That's all fine, but the missing link is still between the ears. How people think is not always reflective of what people buy and how they act.
With the net and all this new technology, thought has and will continue to outpace action. Creative people such as myself have always been way out ahead of others. We oftentimes find it hard to understand why people don't think the way we do. And we are so eager to share all these great thought treasures.
But the world still cranks along measuring yesterdays actions.
But there will be more and more creative types who will find their personal soapboxes in various parts of this digital world. Where thought is far ahead of action. Where the true frontier resides.
In a world that values thoughts and ideas more than action and results - the internet stock frenzy is just one example - you have to acknowledge that some greater minds at work are evaluating this period for what it really is: a classic enterprise arbitrage against closed/dated legacy mindsets and business principals versus the new ideas of the mind.
All good creative minds have to be free to roam. They ahbor mass, obstructions, and politics. They "do not fit" the standard mold.
But now more people than every before have found new homes in their new digital worlds with new digital friends across new digital domains that know no boundaries or classes.
All we need is Digital Me to define ourselves as autonomous virtual "countries of the mind". Where I have every right and just as much - if not more power - than the most powerful person on earth. This is power we ALL have but either are too embarrassed or simply unwilling to acknowledge and claim.
For the power to share, open up, cooperate and grow transcends everything. This creates an automatic feedback loop of giving/receiving that defines the true nature of capitalism: serviing others. This is where the REAL power lies - not in mindless tracking of blips and bites......
But then, bits and bites will only be good for those who refuse to claim their power, who are predictably frustrated, angry and will not move higher into the realm of the mind and spirit. Still a very BIG market, nontheless.
Digital Me allows me to reclaim a BIG piece of that power we once gave up to assign blame, refuse responsibility as we work a limited version of ourselves for others as we hold back the unlimited potential of ourselves from ourselves. With Digital Me, I can decide who I want to talk to, do busiess with, when I want to "click" my business away from one company to another.... New people and companies who enter MY domain have to earn a level of trust before they can go forward with ME.
