There are many "stupid cheap" third tier biotechs. This is the most irrational market that I've ever seen. It should start to dawn on investors any time now..... biotechs with good management and good science have often thrived. It's the analysts and fund managers that have (1) recommended the crap, and (2) failed to point at the scams that are to blame for much of the tarnish. Price:book = 1.2
