Kevin, I have heard that phrase so many times. The first was my only profitable foray into penny stocks, the old OVIS/RMIL which was halted in late 1997. Went from .25 to over $3 before I sold. Lots of other people still sitting on their "certs". Had to protect them from the evil naked shorts.
