Harry Bygdnes, President of Cryopak Industries Inc. announces that the Company has retained the services of C.C.R.F. Corporation ("CCRI") to provide investor relations and corporate finance services to the Corporation, primarily in the USA.
CCRI is an integrated investor relations company with headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona and associates in Denver, Sail Diego, Phoenix, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Minneapolis, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Milwaukee and Amsterdam. CCRI specializes in early stage, high growth companies.
CCRI will report directly to the Company's Vancouver head office. CCRI will provide corporate information to a developing shareholder base as well as ensure a flow of information to industry and financial analysts advising the financial community as to the progress and key developments of Cryopak Industries.
The companies have entered into an initial twelve month agreement whereby CCRI will be paid US $6,000 per month and an additional $20,000 for preparation and mailing of a Corporate Profile.
