I like your letter. My most letters to Discover concerning aren't as nice. Of course, I first notified them of my problem mid-January and talked to them countless of times since (with follow up faxes). I have written: Mr. Stephen R. Miller Chairman & COO Discover Brokerage Direct, Inc. 333 Market Street Suite 2500 San Francisco, CA 94105-2102 Hopefully, he can get someone to correct Discover's 1099. If he can't "light a fire" under these guys then we know Discover and its customers are doomed. Maybe he will start to read these posts. I may start posting everyday something to the effect - "DAY 75 and Counting" Yea, that's it.
