Galtech Strengthens Corporate Scientific Team

MESA, Ariz., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Galtech Semiconductor Materials Corp announced today that Mr. William
Pratt has joined the company as Corporate Vice President of Manufacturing. In his new role, Mr. Pratt will work closely
with Mr. Worth Allred, Vice President of Research and Development.

Mr. Pratt comes to Galtech with outstanding business and scientific credentials. He received his Bachelors of Science
