No Dave, marketable order it's buy order for ask or sell for bid. Datek takes responsibility to fill it within one minute and in case it's not executed at least partially they don't charge commissions.
Situation like this can occur when Island doesn't have crossing order and it's sent to MM who can avoid filling it for many reasons, at the time order gets back to Island I min can expire but matching order for partial fill can occur, so it gets executed with no charge, and rest can become unmarketable by this time.
