jeremic-- very good points... of course, there are still people out there who view bloomberg and forbes as paragons of financial journalism. forbes today is a just a joke. as for the AWRE scenario...work your risk down. use the puts. i would honestly be suprised if ARE gets 6 million from the nortel side of the deal. for that matter, how much AWRE technology is actually in a DLC? of course, earnings dont matter today. its what we read. thats one JA game i dont feel like playing, especially when i KNOW exactly how hard it can be to make money from IP...especially when your patents may be in conflict with those of another<G>. good luck to all, trey
