Thanks. ORCL at 21 was a nice price. The day trader in me made me sell on the bounce up today. Looking to enter another position trade with the right opportunity. Actually, with ORCL's fundamentals and the range we are in now, this seems a decent vehicle for trading and carrying overnite when necessary.

As for avoiding the wash sale rule, you should check out some of the IRS/related threads on SI, where they discuss the possibility of declaring trader status (457 election, or some such thing).
