I think it is comical that you and Bender and Dusty show up here all at the same time. My post was strictly about the news release so the above comment on your part was your innuendo if you think not than you need to re read my post. Well again I guess for myself I have had about enough of this nonsense of personal attacks... Don't think for one second that even though I have NOT posted on the stock threads for nearly a half a year that I have not seen YOU refer to me with innuendoes. Also I have been hammered with this God routine for some time now, called been sarcastically accused of being in hiding. So the bottom line is this.. if I do not post I am guilty of whatever and if I do post with an opinion in this case of a news release I am doing so with an agenda of innuendoes against whatever.... I learned of the CNHH release by an Email I received and it was NOT sent to me by anyone who post's on this thread. I read it and to be honest it made me very angry. I do have close friends who got stuck in MIDL and to see what should have been from my perspective a vehicle if any to bring MIDL back to trading again it was arranged conveniently in my opinion to be awarded to a company that through DD anyone with a brain can see the relationship with regards to the two shells. But do I think this is an intentional attempt to mislead anyone? I doubt it. After all, if people make investment decisions by skimming the headlines and not bothering to read the release for content, there in itself lies a problem. Could you imagine if people did that in real newspapers? A real newspaper would not have a headline reading as follows; ATT $ MCI MERGE in bold and then in the body of the text state but with the following conditions.....if they are not meet it's a NO go... For myself it was misleading and had all the earmarks of a typical hype job. I have a right to my opinion just as you do.... The big thing with you people is FACT and no innuendoes..... From my view its not facts that you want it's the rub my back routine and if you do not rub my back I will destroy you and threaten you verbally... Thats my opinion and I have a right to it..... The name calling has been going on for a very long time and if you wish to continue with it that is your choice... It can end here or continue. Also Anticipated Additions means NOTHING many go their and never trade again like 95% I am talking about ones that get halted. I don't think it is wise to put hopes in peoples minds when their is none. Gary seems confident or does he know something we don't... I have my doubt's. Best of luck with CNHH but from my perspective it has all the earmarks of another investigation. Especially when some pissed off MIDL holders see the release and justifiably show the SEC the comparison of it and DF-144 that was a big part of the MIDL halt. Not to mention the Greek Shipping scenario that got tossed from CNHH to MIDL now we have DF-144 getting tossed from MIDL to CNHH Looks like Ping Pong to me. Alan P.S. Just for the record I am NOT a DF affiliate neither are the other two.... Any such statement is totally insane
