In their previous late filing, form (nt-10k) back in sept 98, the company mentioned the 10-k would be out by the 15th following the "prescribed due date" which means the 10-k has to come out by the following quarter the statement was filed which is on or before April 15. In the same filing the 10q was mentioned to be out by the 5th following the " prescribed due date" which again has to be out the preceding quarter which again means by April 5th. I dont know whats going on, heard from other post they are trying to put the filings all together. The results in the filings will not be that great because their talking about last year, so I expect some type counteractive news in conjunction with the fillings. Personally I gave up my position 3 days ago after waiting for nearly 3 weeks for any type of movement. Might have to get back in. Some big blocks have been bought in the past 3 days so someone knows something. News will have to hit on or before the 15th otherwise this thing might need some tarter sauce if you know what I mean.
