In my early investing in pennies I lost a shitload because of OTC Communications. Before I got the Internet I got there faxes and mailers all hyping stocks. That's how I found my biggest loser ever PKGP/USXP three years ago. A real learning experience . These hypsters are paid in shares. I'm glad this is ending. So all new PR and IR contracts have to be paid in cash as of April 7th?
