G'day all - Brian, to do justice, BNYN is more than SB. Universal Streettalk came way before NDS, except the former CEO, Mr David Mahoney, still a director, I think, really screwed it up big time. The current CEO was the head honcho of Legent [sp?] before he sold the company to CA. NDS is back in the vogue. And people are wary of MSFT, so MSFT has taken an interest in BNYN's directory svs. Therefore, there is a chance that BNYN network side gets a 2nd coming like that of NOVL. best, Bosco
