Russian nuclear forces unaware of retargeting order << Russia's Strategic Rocket Forces said on Friday they were unaware of any order from President Boris Yeltsin to retarget missiles against NATO countries involved in the bombing of Yugoslavia. ''The agreement we had (with nuclear powers on targeting) still exists. We have no information on any changes,'' spokesman Mikhail Duryagin said by telephone.
